Jon, have you got any other pics of the build? Yep, loads, I'll work on up loading a few later. I might be pulling it out very soon, madam, with the wheels on it so I'll get some now pics. can't decide on colour though - been every shade under the sun in my head so far - probably be mid blue, like Shark Blue - basically slightly darker than the colour in the pics but definitely pastelish. Dave - err, yes... ![](http://i24.tinypic.com/14vhi1g.jpg) curse word pic of the front wheel taken on me phone!

What struts/hubs are you using on the 'Tina to get 5 stud PCD? The chassis was built by Chris Isaacs and has a Capri based front end on scratch built cross member, fabricated TCA's and compression struts. The struts are seriously shortened Capri struts done by Leda, with 2 1/4" ID springs. Hubs are Mk4 Zodiac, which are identical to capri but they're five stud. I've heard that Amazon ones fit too but never tried it. I'll take some pics of those too! Jon

Some completely secs estates there dudes. The green Mk1 Tina on the first page is my favourite so far. Meanwhile, cop some of Citroen's finest hour. Both were mine, grey one now owned by another BXClub fellow and the 2nd was de-pimped and sold to yet another BXClubber. ![](http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a249/Cavmad/BXestateontruck1.jpg) ![](http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a249/Cavmad/Photo-0016.jpg) One seriously cool Viva (think someone from here owns it)... ![](http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a249/Cavmad/Cholomodeleyshow13-7.jpg)

I make no excuses for using this repost! ![](http://i97.photobucket.com/albums/l225/Armageddonanglia/WOODY.jpg) Very wishful thinking, I know but......Slight similarities here ;D. At least they're both green and the shape of the wood is similar!!! ![](http://i97.photobucket.com/albums/l225/Armageddonanglia/28092007218.jpg) Too be honest, prefer your Cortina mate!!!!! ;D Me too. The Yank's wood seems at odds with the shape of the front arch but yours highlights it. And yours is on steels not bling-a-ding American affairs. That wooden 'rack is lovely, btw. Where did you find it? I need something like that for the Slumber.

![](http://i97.photobucket.com/albums/l225/Armageddonanglia/28092007219-1.jpg) Thanks Streetrules!! When I can have my humble Cortina mentioned in the same breath and compared to cars like that I know I must be doing something right! The roofrack is modified from one I got off fleabay for about £20 I think. It wasnt wood but had steel bars covered in ribbed (oooer!!) black plastic. I replaced the ones around the outside with chrome tube from Homebase, made the wooden slats and polished the alloy corner brackets. I think you may want something a little wider for Slumber but modifying one is defo the way to go as far as prices go. Mine owes me around £40!

That transam estate thing made me think of this : ![](http://www.forzarossa.nl/images/weblog_foto/daytona_station_270104.jpg) And this too, not exactly an estate but cool nonetheless: ![](http://www.classicdriver.com/upload/images/_uk/12468/img01.jpg) ![](http://www.velocetoday.com/images/November%2006/M14.jpg) Then i found this: ![](http://jalopnik.com/assets/resources/2007/10/venice1.jpg) On another note, whilst looking for those ferraris i found this snazzy little number - a ferrari dino concept rendering: ![](http://toyotasuprablog.files.wordpress.com/2007/06/ferrari_dino_concept.jpg)
