What sort of space is available for the reader's other modification? I take it the Acty is too big to fall under that category? (It's the size of a classic mini) (Providing I get it back and MOT'd before then but there should be enough time to spare) Fully understand if you're focusing on complete and already running cars at this point. Cheers Phil Hi Phil, It's beginning to get a bit busy. I was looking for ride-on-lawnmower size (I know the Acty is not much bigger). Send me the dimensions and I'll see if we have room. Cheers, Ian

Thanks mate, Indeed challenging times but nice weather in 2014, good friends and on reflection a bit of fun with a limited tool kit! At least this one allowed me to drive home. Sadly I do have previous, similar story with the Chevette in Normandy in 2010 when the fan belt failed & the engine dumped all it's coolant at speeds far in excess of the UK speed limit. I knew I was in trouble when water came out of the turbo when I refilled it! This one resulted in an 80 mile trip on a 6ft towrope on the back of a Stag, but we got home without the rescue truck!

For any RR members going over to The NEC this weekend for the Classic Motor Show, you may spot some of the ClassicLine team around the show. Although we have decided to give the team a rest this year and not have our usual stand at the event, we will still be around. If you see us, please feel free to say hello to us as we move around the halls. We will be there to answer any of your classic, retro and modified car insurance questions and help you in any way we can.
Hope you all have a brilliant weekend at the show!
