Well some more done over the weekend, yesterday and today lots of little things. I have fitted the carpets after fitting a layer of Duet first then a layer of felt down then the carpets. I have left them so the front carpets can be lifted when I re fit the steering box, heater matrix and the other parts. I fitted the seat belts and the back seats properly which is a sod as the seat back lock into the back keeping it all in place, it take a bit of practice to get it all organized like a very complicated jigsaw.
I fitted some of the parts in the engine bay, I will be cleaning up as many of the bolts as I can and clear coating them. I still have to sort out mounting the bonnet release return spring, I have the spring I just need to sort out the bolt that tensions the spring.
Also it's a sod of a colour to photograph but it does look stunning in natural light even incomplete as it is.

Thanks Alex, hopefully it's a good distraction for you at the moment.
Jonsey I'm not rushing this is the easy stuff.
I cannot open the doors fully in the garage so any good weather and time I can find she comes out and I get the doors open and as much done as I can, But I'm not rushing.

if you are weather dependent to a degree , might it be worth getting the glass and door seals back on so the british climate becomes less of an issue?

If you ever get over this way Pete let me know, there's a few local meets etc. The Griffin's Head one is every Wednesday, either at the Griffin or the "Doom and Gloom" down the road in Linby

Got some more things done today fitted the brake pipes and fuel pipes fitted
The cross will be changed for a T when the one I have ordered arrives and the rear feed will be extended so it will meet with the new master cylinder.

Whats the wheel on the bulkhead? Something for the clutch presumably going by its location?

Today I have been mainly sorting out connecting the brake pipes to the duel circuit master cylinder. I had a deliver this morning from Car Builders and Torques of fittings, some copper pipe and flaring tool. There was not enough room to fit the banjos it did get some 7/16" male fittings and was able to re use 95% of the original pipe to make it all work.
Pics tomorrow after fitting should work very nicely when all done.

This was the only pipe I had to make from scratch and feed the rear brakes
This is the front brake pipe from the servo to the spliter to either front caliper.
And this is the pipe from the master cylinder to the servo for the front bakes.
A bit of a tight fit but it's in and will work. Before anyone asks this system was fitted to export Corsairs in the same manner servo assisted front disc brakes and none assisted rear drums.
I fitted the two door button pushed and a door handle to the of side just to make it easier to open the doors.
The rear frame is not fixed in place as the Quater light has to go in, I put it in place mainly to get it out of the way no better place really.
