This M10 is the engine from my own car that I imported from Athens a couple of months ago.
Reinforced oil pump
Big valves head 45/38
Camshaft by Boubis cams (based on a Schrick sb4 304 base converted to 316deg with 11.9 lift from 20deg ramp.
Double valve springs
Rev limit 8.5k (I only ever take it to about 7k though for sake of longevity) As you can imagine, this was a pretty expensive engine to build and I have been a bit precious looking after it.
A lot of work in the flow bench, adjustable cam gear, on the dyno ran with more aggressive set up in carbs and advance curve 138kw, now as it is set up for daily use must be around 115 to 120kw not hp.
Ideal for rally/ track day / race use. It can be used for 1.6 rally cars since it has 83.97 pistons and standard crank.
I've been running it on dual 45's although (had I not decided to go twin cam) I was considering a swap to a single or throttle bodies.
Happy to sell with or without 45's and 4 branch exhaust manifold. It really is a cracking engine and has done about 12k miles since built, with regular oil changes etc. It sounds glorious and loves to rev. I've always loved 1600's for that very reason!
Engine builder knows this engine extremely well and said he is happy to help any prospective buyer with as much info / advice as they may want.
