Their International Harvester Red is an amazingly close match to the factory paint colour on my Falcon. I've used it for covering repaired areas. I did the bonnet of my Wolseley with their John Deere Green several years ago as an experiment and it is still good. Based on that I would use it for a whole vehicle. If I ever get the Wolseley finished it'll get that all over. Not sure about black though unless it's on a Model T. Please excuse the Christmas cake. Looks well does that! You wouldn't know from the picture that it was rollered. It wasn't. I used aerosol cans.

I rollered my LWB T4 with agricultural paint I think it was. Didn’t think it down just lobbed it on. Right areas I did with cut up sponges and just blotched it in there. Didn’t look awful but was far from amazing.
I’d be tempted to have a go at a high gloss roller, I suspect some colours are more forgiving than others.

Did you colour sand it, or cut and polish?

before during (mini gloss roller + coach enamel) after wet flatting and polishing its allot of work and wasteful on paint, but doable.

Boats are all rollered typically when they get refinished, which is fairly often compared to cars, just case of flatting back and a machine polish if you want a really shiny finish.
Paints are in a different league mind you, I'd never painted a boat and was quite surprised at how much they cost!

We recently matt-blacked our fridge at work (it's on here somewhere) and as it was a spur of the moment thing we gave it a rub over with a brillo pad(!) before using washing up sponges to put the paint on.
Didn't bother to sand it as the idea was to use it as a chalkboard, so finish didn't matter. Very little mess, no splatter that I imagine you might get from a roller.
For any budding white-goods hot rodders, try not to fill the thermostat's control cavity with paint!

Me and the kids aged 6 & 8 did this, local place mixed the paint so we could roller and brush it, rubbed down with scotch brite pad and soapy water, roller/ brushed green on then did black with can total cost under £40

It will come in handy even if you never use it

I mean to do mine but have been busy sorting all manner of other stuff, would still like to give it a go and have all the stuff!
