Pete the insurance quotes have been ridiculous so far It’s cheaper for him to buy a five year old Corsa and run that as a daily Can’t get my head around the thinking on that! The modern Corsa things are a rapid car Whilst the 1.1 fiesta aint’ work that one out?? I think it stems down to 1. Insurance thinking more valuable = they'll look after it 2. Newer car is undoubtedly much safer in a accident I'm 30-odd and the insurance for "banger era" stuff is ridiculous now. It's the reason I modified my Saxo daily - was getting £2k+ quotes for a car I paid/worth 100 quid when it was stock. Bit of lowering, wheels etc and I could stick it on a modified policy for a couple of hundred quid because it became "looked after" rather than a old banger.

The mauve fiesta was supposed to have been sold on But George has had two timewasters on it So we’ve decided to carry on modifying it a bit Started work on the rs wheels this week I’m pleased with the first one I’ve refurbed, not perfect but good for a home refurb Bought a polishing kit off eBay and put it in time stripping them with nitromors

Great job on that wheel Dan, wish I had the patience. Wheres the Fez advertised? He didn’t want to advertise it anywhere as it’s not really for sale if that makes sense? Just two different people made offers , but both messed him about, George is a very clued up kid especially working in a garage he doesn’t suffer fools!! Which I’m glad about It’ll be played about with motd and probably sold on next show season to fund a daily driver for him

A bit of driving practice at Cardrome in Hornchurch £15 for as long as you want It’s giving George good practice Having had this car on my driveway last week, I was amazed at how small it is. When Dan drove off, I desperately wanted it. Still wanting it. Neat car George.

The red one is a lovely car Rian I’d rather he keeps it and continues modifying it Obviously it’s up to George , but he’s decided to sell the mauve one on which is a tidy car too He bought a k plate Astra with just 25,000 miles on it yesterday Don’t know where it’s going to be kept yet!
