	2 spaces available with myself in a 995sq ft unit in Irvine. 2 mins walk from irvine station. My current partners are pulling out and i need 2 enthusiasts to jump in on a 3 year lease. Ballpark rent is around £130 a month, will do a proper breakdown tonight. Its a very usable and handy space. Already had 3 years here with zero drama. PM me for interest and info. Entry date April.

	ok, so the costs: Year 1 - £300 pcm + £56.5 pcm fees = 3 people @ £118.84 Year 2 - £375 pcm + £56.5 pcm fees = 3 people @ £143.84 Year 3 - £400 pcm + £56.5 pcm fees = 3 people @ £152.17 This offer is open until the end of Feb. After that I will need to start vacating the place and consider handing back to the landlord. Its a tremendous space, so many threads seem to be people hunting Area52 style lockups. This is it, 40 miles from Glasgow.
