My new rented property has shed/workshop that I want to improve the electrics in. Basically it is 5 rooms, each 5x5 meters. No 1and 2 storage, 3 empty, 4 workshop and 5 lathe mill etc.
Problem is supply in at 1 into old wire type fuses. Supply to rest is one big ring main. I intend putting a modern consumer unit in 4 where I can run separate ring main in 4 and 5. Additionally a spur to 1&2 for lights.
Guessing I need to run a big cable from 1 to 4 for supply, or could I keep using the two 2.5 t&e as a ring for supply?
