I'm guessing you are Surrey area judging by the beer? No, Norfolk. But the Beers were a gift from a customer so no idea where they originated other than ‘brewed for Aldi’ on the label. It’s a nice drop I must admit, in fact the third one tastes even better than the first!

Mine loves those Figaro things! I tell her its a blooming nissan micra with a pretty dress on minus rustproofing and she simply doesn't care ..... She recently had to borrow my stock 9000 anniversary and after 10 years of borrowing all the others and saying nothing, she actually remembered the car AND the colour - I was gobsmacked!

Fortunately, I guess since meeting me, mine (whilst not my wife - yet) likes most things I do though I feel without my input (quiet at the back) over the last 5 years she wouldn't know the difference between a minor and a beetle. mine would just and and never assume that shes wrong.....

It's great how drivers of new cars create space for an old car that looks a bit rough. My then girlfriend, now wife of seventeen years, was amazed when I took her on a thousand mile road trip in my XC to meet my parents for the first time. On the Auckland motorway a clear lane just seemed to open up in front of us.

Our lass had a polo 6n for years then just before we met she sold it to buy I decent push iron. She loves to drive the S10 and on the occasions when I have considered selling it has been the one convincing me to keep it. She loves old English metal like old Jags and triumphs. And also Hot Rods and Cafe Racer Bikes. I'd say she has a better taste in cars than me!

My wife's choice in cars is normally based on colour so we can go to a car show and il point to something that I know she has mentioned in the past as "I like that" but now she don't like it and then I say but you said you like them when we was at that show last week And il get the response of "but that one was yellow" But the cars I know she likes are Mk3 escort cab in white like makepeace had in the TV show Porsche 356 speedster Classic mini (but it would have to be the later injection one as she can't drive a car with a choke)

Great idea for a thread. My Missus' dream garage would consist of: An 912 like this. There used to be one locally in the same colour...she rarely comments on cars, so when she says she likes one, she means it. We used to have a 5dr Metro Vanden Plas very similar to this one. Cream, but with a stunning dark brown velour interior. It had electric windows and central locking when only big cars were usually equipped with such luxuries...and a sporty 1275 to boot! Sadly it was shunted in the rear (ooh-er!) and was replaced by something less lovely. ...her current car - a Kia Soul EV. Smooth, quick, hi-spec, cheap to run and nice to drive. She's got her eye on the new version due next year though.

When we met, I was a 48 year old widower and the missus was a non driving 40 year old divorcee who has now BECOME a petrolhead!
What she's driven,
Calibra (learned to drive in this car!)
2x Cavaliers (2 ltr 8v)
Pajero 2.5TD auto LWB
Shogun 3 ltr auto LWB
Mitsubishi Space runner.
What she drives now
Xsara Picasso 2 ltr 16v petrol auto
What she really wants,
Almost any 50s Yank pickup, must be V8 and auto!
To be fair to her, a lot of her car choices have been coloured by her deteriorating spine, she likes and appreciates my modified Triumphs but finds them too low and uncomfortable to ride in them much

I don't have a missus、but my mum is onto her second R33 Skyline Gtst. You'd have to pry that car from her dead hands. My sister would like an ignis、but give her some small with lots of power and she'd be equally happy.

She wants a BMW z4 coupe in black with black interior and black wheels. Black on black on black. I don't mind them but christ just get on with it woman. I'm not servicing it or fixing it though

Since we’ve been together some 19 years I’ve had a good few cars, my mrs hasn’t liked many of them But she likes the van we’ve done up This year Sure this was up for sale on Facebook market place not too long ago. Can't be many in that colour.
