This just happened... Exciting! We have some spaces come up on the BNMAC stand for Sunday. Let me know if you want to show your car with a club on Sunday! Interesting - the club displays are on the track outer cotswold stone gravel parking areas rather than on track this year. I didn't get a timetable / map / club pass with my wristband - i guess those bits will follow.

Oh Christmas, I see two more have dropped out now. This is exactly the same as last year, except at least this year I'm finding out weeks in advance as opposed to the day before. SPACES AVAILABLE ON TBE BNMAC STAND FOR SUNDAY! ANYONE OUT THERE INTERESTED IN JOINING A CLUB STAND AT RRGW2019? I have a car, no club and no friends. Will you be my fwends pweeze? I've got a ticket for the whole weekend y0! If there's space I'd love for my luxobarge to make an appearance Paul, yes, PM your details and remind myself how we book you in.

================== BNMAC MAJOR UPDATE ================== Okay I've sorted it out now. SO... IN ORDER TO BOOK A SPOT ON THE BNMAC CLUB STAND FOR SUNDAY: 1. Go to retroridesevents.comGo to the section called 'car booking' which looks like this... click it and find the form... 2. Input the BNMAC Club ID ( a code number that I hold) ******* PM ME FOR CLUB ID CODE!******** 3. Input ticket purchase #number You will need your ticket pruchase ID number to book a space on the stand. After you have purchased tickets for the event, you will get an email from retrorides confirming the purchase. The subject heading for the email will be something like this... Email subject heading: Order #9986 confirmed You have to input that #number 4. Add all the other details about you and your car, and hit SUBMIT or SEND or whatever the button says at the bottom. That's it. Kind of easy, kind of complicated. As long as you have asked me for the club ID number and you have your ticket purchase reference number it's simple and you're good to go. You can't book a space on the club stand until you have purchased a ticket though. =) I guess this is what I need to do? Cool...

Will be able to pick them up in the campsite and merch tent. Yup we've moved the club stands to what is known as the Chicane paddock and are working to make it a nice layout rather than just lines of cars. With some clubs on the cafe gravel area and surrounding. Non-club cars are on track, but using both sides this year. Hopefully make the show a slightly more manageable size/shape, so the event wraps around the paddocks and track action, rather than all spread out. Let's see how we get on. Still learning the venue.

Yes! Perfect!
You're currently the number1 best ever BNMAC member for working that out all by yourself ... as opposed to all these other hosers who couldn't find their own feet in a bathtub.
Nice one. Let me know when you've booked and I'll check and confirm you're in.

Unless wristbands are for campers. In which case.... yeah whatever, that's cool brah Have a picture of my Vernier caliper gauge as compensation for the panic. I made it myself, out of a Whiskas cat food box. It works perfectly. "Yep, the diameter of this important component is ... almost to the cat's nose" *Starts up the lathe* "Hmmm, this one is only as wide as where the cat's biscuit is" *Reaches for the Dremel*

I used to quite fancy Ruth Madoc as a young lad.
She had a certain saucy quality that was all the rage in the 70's and 80's and is now highly illegal to enjoy in the twenty-tenties.

I'm with you on that one. The Princess Leia of the small screen. Which was all I had as our family weren't big cinema goers.

Reminds me of the time Boy George first appeared on Top of the Pops and for a brief moment my dad went all perky thinking it was a delightful young lady... and then he started singing and my dad almost had an aneurysm.

Flyers to tell your friends. Bingo! If everyone that got tickets took their couple of flyers out with them and handed them to someone or stuck them on a cool car at an event, That would be awesome.
