obviously they'll never live up to slots but are those wheels really 'cheap'? i quite like them and would probably have a set on one of the few yanks i will one day own...

Chrome "Modulars" or clones thereof always look kinda "trailer park trash" to me. Thats an executive muscle car / factory hot rod for the aspiring middle class owner when it was new. I think the wheels "cheapen" it. Daisy mags would work on there nicely. Or Keystones. Anyone remember Keystone Klassics? Yaw! I'd lose the RWL tyres and get some proper redlines on there too.

One of my favourite 60s muscle cars - needs centrelines on the front and big fat slots on the rear.
