...and I felt violated paying £11 for some autoglym.
Doubtless they'll have no trouble finding buyers though.

The thing is with wealthy people if you tell them its worth it and its exclusive they'll pay it,slightly off topic i work in a chocolate factory and we make some stuff for the Duchy brand which is linked to prince charles its basicly about 10 bits of dried orange peel covered in dark chocolate. £10 of your English pounds thank you very much, and posh people cant get enough of it ::)Caviar fish eggs FFS.I like to watch MTV cribs, not cos i'm obsesed with celebrity its more like cringing at their taste. Its probably an £11 bottle of autoglym squeezed in to another bottle.Someone is having a laugh ;D

In fact, Zymol UK are the biggest bunch of to55ers I know and a lot of pro-detailers won't use them! Long story, but they've shot themselves in the foot recently!! You've gotta be pretty anal to be able to tell the difference in wax that has been used on a car. Having said that, we had a big Detailing demo day at my place yesterday and one of the pro's put Zymol vintage on one half of the bonnet on the PMR Moggy. It does have a superb depth to the shine and smells really nice!!!! I much prefer to use Swissvas Best of Show and with the £29,800 odd pound change, I'd buy me some tasty cars to slap it on to!! ;D ;D

With the list of ingredients shown I reckon it might be made out of distilled Tesco Finest Shampoo.

Just ignore them and maybe they'll go away. how can they possibly justify charging £30,000 for car wax..... I think a certain managing director needs putting in a home so he can pay a carer to listen to his dillusions of grandeur

ignoring the howls of protest by the detailery types, there are some facts about car washing with the old school fairy and orange sponge...
a cellulose sponge tends to trap grit and other stuff and can lead to swirling of the paint.
fairy and similar products are designed as degreasers so will strip the wax off your car.
Fairy and similar also contain a lot of salt - makes the glassware sparkle and bulks out the product - however introducing salt to old car bodywork... good idea?
I tried a few "boutiquey" type waxes and "miracle wax" products over the years including Meguiars and I am back with Autoglym every time.
I saw a test done where some guy waxed the bonnet of a Honda NSX with 6 different Waxes, one of which was a Zymol product and one was a Wal*Mart own brand product. They judged on ease of use, quality of finish and then left the bonnet behind the workshop for 6 months and washed it down to see which waxes were still beading water and thuys protecting. The Wal*Mart $6 a bottle stuff came second over all. I wondered if Asda sold it but it appears not.

£30,000 is a hell of a lot of fun with cars without going near a cleaning product. That just barking! And is it just a mix of natural ingredients according to the site? Id want it to be the culmination of 40 years chemical engineering for that price!
