Few more from recent wander around the mean streets of Dagenham... Firstly I'd ride in this as it sits - sadly think the window film is hiding it's use as a glorified shed And then just around the corner down the side of a local bodyshop this little collection. Weird, all the cars look in reasonable nick(4 dr Chevette on a 'A' at the front had a March 09 tax disc and looked mint!) but undergrowth is looking to claim them PDQ - perhaps moved down the side over winter? Anyone here know more?

Always find these threads quite sad. To see so many cars that were once someone's pride and joy, left abandoned.
Its good that there so many people about willing to give them a new lease of life.

I have been working in Kidderminster this week and with a bit of spare time just took a little wander, This is parked in a front garden just down from where we are And this is down the side of a pub, The Park Lane? behind a skip, looks tidy but at least one flat tyre, apparently belongs to landlords mate..

Got a bit lost yesterday in the middle of nowhere just south of the Humber Bridge. Pulled up to the first house I came across and saw this 80's Yank Limo covered in patina with flat tyres and a moggy alongside. I knocked but no-one was in. A quick peek further round... and more tat. Then on the peice of land on thge other side of the bush next to the limo was this bumperless '88 Roller and Herald/Vitesse front end I need a house like that ;D The enquiry is complete The vehicle details for WIL 8032 are: Date of Liability 01 01 2010 Date of First Registration 09 10 1959 Year of Manufacture Not Available Cylinder Capacity (cc) 948CC CO2 Emissions Not Available Fuel Type Petrol Export Marker Not Applicable Vehicle Status SORN Not Due Vehicle Colour BLUE Vehicle Type Approval null

Just been for a walk and thought 'be buggered!'. There's a '55 Consul Mk1 on a 'lawn' outside a bungalow, according to DVLA being laid up since 1990, presumably parked before the trees grew around it. Unfortunately no photos, but zero rot on the car! I'm going back there ;D
