I'm not sure what the answer to that is. I do know the display form only allows one car per form though. I would guess it might be best to register just one car for now, and then if it's necessary to switch to another car closer to the date I'm sure it will be possible to declare the switch. I registered with three Make - Vauxhall / Mercedes / BMW Model - Lotus Carlton / R170 SLK230 / E38 740i Registration Reg 1 / Reg 2 / Reg 3 However I clearly stated on the application that I would only be bringing one - just not sure which one I've also made HoTWire aware of another slight issue which he may need to resolve (or not) - hopefully it will all be fine I think doing it the other way... ie declaring both cars now at the same time, could be misleading for the peeps organising this thing who will assume we need a bigger plot than we actually do. I'm guessing they're going to have an organisational nightmare on their hands and wont have the ability to figure out details about each individual display vehicle registered... they'll just be processing what they have received. So registering just one and then changing the details seems like a safer bet to me personally. Whatever works for you I work on the "Dartford Tunnel" / "QE Crossing" principle - all my cars are registered for the toll that way whatever I take it doesn't matter........ I know I'm taking one damn car just don't know which one - I'm also guessing that there may be some signage required ( HoTWire we might need to think about that - usual reason) in which case that rules of the SLK as the boot won't be big enough.

Is that fairly consistent with what a club usually presents at a RR gathering? We've had club stands as small as three cars and as large as thirty ... so you are nicely in the middle, it is a good size club. I mentally average club stands out at about 10 cars. Actually the true BNMAC would only have one car on it, probably a pensioner beige Allegro. We could have a few splitters like the 'Real BNMAC' and the 'Provisional BNMAC'

The Provisional BNMAC. Love it.
Alexis Sayle did a brilliant sketch on one of his comedy shows in the 80's which started out as a meeting of different factions of Irish terrorist sub-groups all splitting off from the main group, but it ended up as a homoerotic orgy. I've never been able to find it anywhere though. Would love to see that again.

Yep same here. Our enormous street brawler cat died last year and we eventually replaced him with a dainty little kitten who has absolutely no aggressive tendencies at all. Yet when it's time to go for a check-up at the vets and he's in his carry box thing, he's a maniacal banshee berzerker. He tries to bite his way out and eventually headbuts the zippers until they're forced apart, at which point he leaps out and sort of yells HUZZAH!!! before going on a rampage across my face, under the brake pedal, across the roof lining. Not good at all. We now have to wire the two zipper tabs together once he's in.

Dear chairman,
Is there any space left on the BNMAC stand? I've tried to read the topic, but I might've missed something. Most of my mates can't make the trip from the Netherlands this year, so maybe I need to go on the BNMLAC, as I have no mates left for the weekender. I'd like to join you guys though.
Sincerely, A Dutch lonely driver

Everybody relax, the doctor has finally arrived.
Doctor, unfortunately the BNMAC is a very prestigious and exclusive club with a ten year application process and prohibitively strict membership conditions.
Having said that, we can squeeze you in. It's always handy to have a medical professional on the club stand in case anyone has a funny turn.
Welcome aboard!
Where in the Netherlands will you be travelling from?

Everybody relax, the doctor has finally arrived. You know he's not a real doctor But he is a really nice fella (even if he has friends) and as such I can fully endorse his temporary membership of the BNMAC This has got the makings of a really good and diverse stand - glad I twisted your arm a little - just wondering if we can co-opt gewy or his better half to the stand.

Okay well, welcome aboard not-a-doctor. That's a long journey. I was working in Arnhem in January at the military base. No idea if that counts as South but it's the farthest south I've been in the Netherlands so far.
I cant be of much help to you on your journey until you're about an hour from Goodwood, but if you wanted, you could drop by here on the way and we could drive in convoy for the final leg with my buddy John.
In fact if you wanted to get here the day or two before you could sleep at our house. I assume that being Dutch you're nine foot tall but we could saw the armrests off two sofas and push them together. Let me know if it would be any use to you.
