I see it sitting a LOT lower, on BBS cross-spokes... any other suggestions?

I like long walks, especially when they're taken by people I don't like.

Cool purchase! One thing you'll have to do is replace the plates with normal ones - the Police take rather a dim view of the German style ones Look here for some 'Euro' inspiration; [ftp]http://www.dubmeister.co.uk/[/ftp] Ronal Turbo or ATS cup wheels are always a winner and are easier to clean than the BBS cross spoke wheels. How about a wide set of steelies?

Slam it into the weeds over a set of alloys! What about some low profile tyres with that kind of "stretched over the wheels" look they do on the tyres. I reckon that looks top! I reckon it's crying out to be a Euro-looker!! Great purchase mate!

I used to have a Jetta...great cars! More practical than my Golf and handled better too. Bung some decent suspension on it and you'll love it. Please excuse the mid 90's 'styling' ;D

This is pretty poorly shopped,.. but : Lowered, ATS cups but any other good alloy should suit it, removed side trim. Then it would need a good T-cut and the bumpers reblackened (and thats just some elbow grease!),..

keep 'em peeled folks....
The car has served our family well but, with a Golf 3, a Vento, the aforementioned 635CSi (and another old classic 1973 NSU Ro80 project which will eventually be on e-Bay) in regular service, we must say goodbye to it.
ROTARY !!! ;D

Then it would need a good T-cut and the bumpers reblackened (and thats just some elbow grease!),.. I'm thinkin along the same lines, definitely gotta be in the weeds, and that side trim has to go. Maybe take the black bumpers off and find some chrome blade types that fit in there. The originals are so big and ugly there must be some smaller ones that will look better. As for the wheels maybe you can find a set of 15 or even 16's off a later model and slip them in with some 40 series tyres.. that should keep you busy for the next few weekends.

Slammed on gloss black steelies with trim rings and chrome nuts, rattle can satin black with a checkered bonnet and a big iron cross decal in the back window..... Nurse!! ...... bring me my medication!!
|
|
... the only injury I sustained was a bumped head when I let the seatbelt of without realizing the car was upside down and that's not really the car's fault.

How's about that then... A bit extreme, and I'm not sure about it myself, but I'm surprised it's as tidy as it is!
