Hello
I have a L322 Petrol Range Rover that spends prolonged periods without use and have just returned from 7 Days away to find the battery flatter than a flatter thing, bit annoyed!
The battery is 4 months old and cost north of £250, before earth leaks and drains are talked about, this is a common problem when the weather gets cold with the L322 (LR Forums are a wonderful thing!) as they have so much electrics going on turning the key is like giving the Shetland Islands it's weekly power supply!!
It does not help that when in use i do about 50 miles a week if that so it needs a little help.
Has anyone used a Solar Charger at all that they can recommend? Are they useless? Trickle Charging from the Mains is not an option unfortunately.
