	Minimal prep and blasting some rattle can red primer at those steels would dull them down enough for absolute minimal effort and just rub the newness off them. They do look considerably more in keeping than the alloys that were on there.

	Bumper works as it makes front end a touch taller, and is also more agricultural. Once you have aged the pipe and brackets, how about some scene type old rope wound on a figure 8 around the front or even some rusty chain the same way, just to bulk it up a bit?

	I was thinking wrap a chain around the front bumper. I'm not going to spray on the wheels or bumper, I have center caps for the wheels, not sure if Ill use those or not. I thought about the rusty look for the wheels and bumper, but I like it the way it is. Someone will probably change those anyway. I'm all IN for the agricultural look- I've got a chain somewhere.... Glad you all like it, it's fun! Little bits to do in the interior and we are taking it to a photo shoot Sunday.

	Yes, They do look too new. But- it makes the thing stand out, maybe not in a good way, but stand out none the less. I like em, most of the response has been overwhelmingly good with dozens of shares and a few hundred likes. I'll be shooting pics of it while at this abandoned gas station not too far from here. I'll use black and white along with the color shots. It should be pretty cool either way. Now what are "Quarter Bumpers"? I was going to add a smaller tube on top of that one, with upright pieces to support it. But then I ran out of time for the day. Mother in law's birthday and apparently I "have to" go to that. It was fun...

An old vintage Hotrod club “tag” or vintage license plate hanging from the front bumper on some chain at a slight angle (one link less one side) could look in place too. Later in k forward to the rest of your Sunday.

	It's DONE. On way to take pics... Enjoy. Could it be better? Yeah, always. Did it hit the budget numbers? Yep. Time to build? Yes, I didn't take a year to build it, less time on this, than the Metro Van. I'm fine with it, I call it rolling art. But yeah- it's got a hemi.

	Then- We drove it out to the abandoned gas station. It began pouring rain. We turned around and headed back into the city- where it wasn't raining. I took some pictures. The truck is GREAT. Sounds mean, drives nice- needs very little to take it to the next level. Glass, door seals, wipers and a bit of AIR conditioning. Other than that- It's FAAAAST. Loads of fun!

	We've driven this one around quite a bit. Took it to a car show today. The big Metro Van made more of a splash last year- but this Studebaker was very well received! Drives really nice actually! When we first pulled up- it was like feeding time at the old folks home! Hahaa- I'm old too but these guys came running. ish.

	I never think of these as a particularly large truck, at least by US standards, but this does actually look a reasonable size even when parked up with other stuff. It's probably the wheels and ride height that's doing it, since the wheels come right to the edge of the body now it gives it much more presence.
