Bubbling paint on centra console

I need some advice and help please.

I have a 2000 Porsche Boxster S and have owned the car for almost a year. The centre console of the car has been painted silver to lift the otherwise dark interior. It looks good.
When I bought the car the console was perfect. I have been using the car for almost a year now and I have noticed that the paint is starting to bubble in places. Cracks have started to appear.
The bubbling is getting worse and worse until the centre console is now horrible looking. I guess it was poor panel prep leaving water under the paint which has become apparent as I use the car over the summer.

What is the best way of fixing this ?

I was hoping to buy a new console but very few were made in silver. I can buy a used console and paint, but I am no painter - so suspect that my sprayed console would become pitted and bubbling again within a year.

Any other ideas? Can anyone on here help? Any professional painters who can paint a plastic interior centre console?
