I read somewhere on here that there was no test required on a commercial vehicle if you cut the body shell ? I think at the time the thread was posted there were going to be some rule changes.
I want a smallish vehicle but want a Luton style body on it. Considerations so far are things like Citroen Visa camper vans that are already converted but I was thinking if you could use any commercial you get more choice of base vehicles. I could go pick up of some sort with a seperate chassis but want 2WD only.
This got me wondering about it as it looks rather like the van body has been removed and just the floor remains. I guess this is an old camper.
