I'm 33 - and currently have this Ropey old 2012ish United - but with We The People 29" wide 9" rise bars and a front load stem. and a set of felt rockwell pegs. unfortunately it hasn't been ridden for a while - no BMX mates left to ride with.  |

I still ride around on my 80's bitzer! (think i would grow up, now turned 50!) very early model, but hey! I guess you are not interested in some history? (smiling to oneself!)

have a look on gumtree, that's where i bought this one from many years ago, i think i paid...£45?
I get plenty of looks! probably saying to themselves, 'look! an oversized ex Psychobilly on a kid's bmx!'or.... 'cool! look mum! an old boy deserving respect!' (hahaha! yeah... I know!)

havent ridden my hoffman flash since around christmas, a tad too old, fat and lanky to pull it off. still had fun though. just got this haro cruiser and fitted some bigger bars so i can play again. building some trails and a pump track at a local private mtb fascility so it will get used. also building a 16" mongoose for my 6 year old daughter   |

Can you still buy plastic mag wheels for child's BMXs? I'd like some for my son's bmx but mag wheel google searches just bring back alloy wheels for cars.

Hell yeah a BMX thread, I still ride at 37 and haven’t stopped since 1996......have had to slow down over the past few years down to multiple surgeries........ The latest one is a spinal/neck surgery so at least another 3-6months off and then back on it!  |

My legs don't bend enough to ride any more, but I still hang on to this in the hope that one day I'll get my knees back.   Gave it "the treatment" a couple of years ago.  |

Before i spend a few hours polishing them and stick them on that hateful e named site would anyone be interested in either of these. (currently in as removed from shed after 3yrs of slumber) In the process of rationalising the fleet before the shed bursts and having 3 seems greedy... so those getting the chop are; Both mid 90's (somewhere between 95-98) Mongoose Rogue  Dyno VFR  RR discount of course and happy to take holding deposit until current lockdown is passed.
