	I bought a front spoiler, but I didn't like the shape of it. So I cut it down ( my car must have been lower than the car that spoiler was made for...) And then used it as a mold for my own spoiler.

	I mocked up the color scheme with masking tape to see what it would look like. I didn't want the Works blue & white scheme, so I took inspiration from this Capri. And this drawing of a pre production GT40. This is what I came up with.

	I didn't turn it into paint right away, I wanted to look at it for a while... And I had to lengthen the ducktail first.

	Good Morning !!! So you do not sleep much, or am I missing a time zone difference here. I love this build, way out of my ability and skill set but feel privileged that you are making the effort to share it with us on here. Love the ducktail, and also the way you just continue to problem solve.

	And I decided having the gauges clamped to the rollcage wasn't really the look I was after. So I made a new dash out of aluminum, loosely based on the shape of an original dash. The top comes off easy with wingnuts ( wing bolts, actually... ) so I can get to the wiring easely if I'm in a hurry, and there is a smaller lid that covers the brake fluid reservoirs. And I made a glovebox. And a glovebox door with a Capri decklid emblem on it

	I got a cheap hydraulic handbrake off ebay, but I didn't like how crude and thin it was. So I redid the main housing...

	Block off plates for the rear vents and the gas filler. And then it was time to blow it apart for paint. Bondo and lots of sanding...

	The colors are: Satin black for the interior, including the rollcage. Because it will get black vinyl. Gray ( shiny) under the hood, trunk, wheelwells, and under the car. Because I like how that looks on a racecar. Black ( shiny) for the suspension. And white and very dark blue for the outside. Fenders riveted on. I'm leaving the rivets exposed, because I like how that looks ( if you are very careful about spacing the rivets...)

	Interior ( this is a streetcar afterall... ) Insulation first. I borrowed an industrial sewing machine, bought some upholstery materials, and got to work ( never done any upholstery, but I thought I'd try it... ) Copied the pattern from a seat in a old pic of racecar seat I'd seen.
