My mates new Minor. £750 with full T&T. Bargains are still out there to be had. One of several mint Volvo 7 series I see on a regular basis. Funny how sometimes you get the same sorts of cars on three adjacent streets. Bloomin great Honda Legend or somthig I think. Shoddy photo skillzorz Splitty Gen 5 Celica. I'm warming to these, they are cheap and this one is very tidy Local Roller. Peugeot VSCC racer type beast. I understand its a 1919 LeMans car.

Crikey, the one-up-manship of the VW scene astounds me. Not just a roof rack, but a load of scaffolding too!

Some useless info, that some of you may know. Mr Rolls and Mr Royce were in partnership, and put the RR on the front of their cars..... in RED, to signify something or other. Then Mr Rolls or Mr Royce DIED........ and they changed the RR to one RED and one BLACK.When the survivor died..... yes, you got it..... the second R was changed to BLACK in respect. THUS..... this car was built when both were still alive, according to the Red R's on the radiator cowling. OH... and nice spots again AK. I think the '62 was sold in SA as a Valiant.

Err, Rolls was the first to go, in 1910 already... looks more late twenties to me, but might be a rebodied older Roller? Btw, he was "the first Briton to be killed in an aeronautical accident, and the eleventh internationally."
EDIT: Must go back to school and learn to read, sorry... it's pre-1933, that's when Royce went and the second R went black.
Oh and I would love one in the dream garage to tow my VSCC racer!

Nice spottage, esp like the ol' pug. Note to self: Must do a 'spotted' on my road, counted loads, inc S2 landy, mk1 Transit camper, beetle in primer, shuvit, matt black mk2 escort to name a few! Your road being the one that runs through Blidworth? If so, that is a haven for retros, have thought about going down there to take pics myself. There's also a camo/army look Transit and the TR Enterprises place often has a nice selection outside. There used to be a matt black Capri where the Mk2 Escort resides, steve###### on here bought it. Btw, are you the owner of the Goldy/Brown Starlet with spots etc? Cheers, Greg.

Actually chaps, I would say the Honda is an Ascot, at least, that's what it would be over here. It's an inbetween from the Legend and Accord. Depending on the shape it's usually just trim differences over the Accord, plastic chrome, plastic wood, different tail-light panels, grille, that sort of thing.
