Well. If you bolt it all back up an the flywheel is not running true, it will happen again. If it doesn't happen again, you know that it was ok.
Were it mine, I would inspect very closely for damage, and provided everything fits nice and snug and there's no obvious damage to critical parts (bolt holes etc) and they aren't ovalled,, replace the clutch and see what she does when put back together.
