I did, they're not that expensive either. Around £600 for the bags. Obviously you need bc coilovers and then the tank, manifold, etc. What happened with the SVX? I was working over the engine & I think there was a head gasket failure as the top of the radiator blew off & covered me in hot anti freeze. Had burns to my head, ear & neck for around 6 weeks! So I'm now running round on a Gloria Y32. Have a read of my build thread. It's an amazing car. forum.retro-rides.org/thread/202127/style-nissan-gloria-litre-turismoI have bc coilovers I've custom built so I'd definitely be up or down, for air! I still miss the svx especially when I catch up on your thread. Oh man! that's terrifying! Hope all is ok now? Just checked out the build, such an awesome car! if you have BC coilovers then you'll be good to get air. I got mine from a place called 'only charged dubs' they are the uk dealer for OCD bags.

Ye I'm all good mate. Thanks for checking out my build. It's certainly different. Thankd for the info on bc bags. I'll look them up. Did you buy the parts separately? If it's better than cluttering your thread pm me.

Loving how quickly the bags rise and fall in the youtube video Forgive my ignorance, but is there any reason the bags have the air inlet port at the bottom of the strut? Surely it would be less movement for the air line to the front ones is they were at the top, as then it is only one axis the pipe has to go through instead of two Likewise for the back, but saving up and down for not a great deal of movement at all

I wasn't going to bring it up with the company because i was just happy to have them in my possession haha.

Love this thing! I'm a big Subaru fan - I had a 1st gen (BC5) Legacy RS for a while, and my last 2 daily drivers have been a 4th gen Outback and a 4th gen legacy wagon. Always loved the spaceship styling of the XT and SVX, and this looks brilliant with the bags and wheels. With the big flat six, autobox and comfy chairs I reckon a good one of these would be an excellent daily.

I know of one in a breakers yard in Somerset. I'm tempted to get another one after seeing this build.

The styling and the engine are the parts that really drew me towards the car, just a really great combination! It's honestly one of the most comfortable cars i've ever driven, the engine barely revs during normal driving.

Trimmed down one of the side skirts this weekend. A couple of mm’s clearance should do it 😉.

Those LED dipped beams look very impressive! But you forgot the most important reason for them over ghastly HID kits pneuma, The LED stuff isn't an MOT failure whereas HID is in normal lights

Ah cool, I hadn't seen the thread before, I've been following the youtube vlogs though. Great project it's certainly taking shape. I think this car could take a bright colour well but you won't go wrong with that Honda grey, classy.

I have been enjoying the YouTube channel from the start of this project so happy to find it on here too.
I think you've made a smart choice regarding the splitter - a car like this is going to look stunning enough without one cluttering up the rear end.
Love the colour choice too - very strong.
John.
