Looks like I'm getting slapped with points and a fine for speeding so the bm will be put away and something small both physically and insurance wise will be needed to replace it, we only have a tiny front garden and no room for on road parking, needs to be funky/interesting to make up for lack of power. 07799731482 for whatsapp pics Cheers Steve

Anything like that could be an option I even thought of a lightened cinquecento, basically I want a little daily that I can play with make it very stiff, very uncomfortable, lower and drive the nuts off on my commute to work, it also gives me a chance to play around with ideas, fabricating, welding and get back to carrying speed with good driving lines, I have even thought of a rascal van or wagon r.

I have a Cappo and it probably needs welding, but it's not for sale!
Have a look on club cappo, there's usually some for sale.
Check insurance first, they aren't cheap.
Oh and if you do get one, make sure the speed limiter wire hasn't fallen out of the ecu!

they are both very cool but a bit pricey, i could build a nutcase cinq or similar out of that budget and have some money left over.

Got a K11 Micra, it's about as interesting as watch paint dry but it's cheap, everything works and it's not rusty.

Yes it's a two door but it's also a bottom of the range 1.0 nothing special. It's a 2003 model, so it's not even one of the retro ones. 88k miles, MOT due in Sept. I drive it like a bat out of hell and replace things as they need replacing, I use Nissan OEM parts when possible. It has had the dreaded rusty engine crossmember problem fixed professionally, the key switch failed like they all do so the brand new OEM Nissan keyswitch has been installed and is a week old, the oil is a day old and... Yeah. Sunroof leaks in ultra rainy weather, a drop here and there, no gushing water. The suspension was all realigned a few months ago, the guy commented that the rear trailing arm bushes are on the way out and the nearside driveshaft balance weight is damaged, causing a vibration at 70MPH. I had been driving it daily between Lothian and Ayr shires at 80MPH, the vibration is noticeable but it's not an immediate issue. No timing chain rattle or any of that curse word, clutch bite is good. Brakes and brake lines are all less than a year old, Tyres are.... 4 months old (front ones), few other bits and bobs have been replaced. Starts first go. It's not going to break any land speed records, but on the other hand, it's just plain not going to break. Paint is fair, there are bumps and scratches all over it (I live downtown Edinburgh and it spends a lot of time being parked there, but I also park it in the suburbs of Paris when i'm down there) so it's not concourse. It has a Bluetooth all singing all iPod dancing headunit in it too. Also it's a Cat D write-off from way back, the hatch has been replaced at some point. I'm probably not selling the car very well, it's quite simply cheap, reliable and doesn't need any work, it's just that I don't like selling a car unless the buyer knows every niggly bad detail about it.

Right now probably 400 quid, but ill advertise it properly come September for 600 with a brand new years MOT on it. For the money in transport etc, you could probably buy a rusty one locally and have the sills fixed for less than that.

Got a frankly awful but quite tidy 97 Hyundai Atoz in domestic appliance white. Needs a battery, stat housing and the gearbox has always been noisy but really it's minimal fuss to have a dreadful car.
