Afraid I can't comment on prices but we tried selling a tidy top-spec 2001 Pug 206 last year for £500. We got very little interest and ended up giving it away to a neighbour rather than let it go for scrap value.
Tips?
Clean & polish the cars, take some decent photos (by the beach in sunshine is aways good)
Be prepared for a few "wots yr best price mate?" texts - I now just block these numbers
Ask folk to bring their insurance certificate if they want a test drive (some folk are insured to drive any car, many others aren't). Up to you if you let them test drive illegally without insurance.
