That would make an absolutely stunning car somebody buy it and get it finished. Matt I wish I could SO badly! More project than I can do though. I'd so love to own something like that when its done though. *stop it, stop it, stop it, I don't have the space!* sad that i can't have it

Thanks for making the rims so public Brian Already in my watch list but they're well advertised and will no doubt go for a decent price.

I also have some love for this: I owned one of those, in white, between 1990 and 1997. Got thrashed, treated really badly and yet it still kept going. Only work was some CVH oil seals - which was an easy job. Carrying capacity wasn't as good for women as the Mk2 estate though; I once got 13 and a bale of hay in that. The Mk3 could only manage 10. I shared a house with 5 girls who invited lots of friends to nights out, with me as transport. /adds to 'watch' list

I don't think auto makes it any less interesting, in fact it would probably suit it better. Fantastically odd car, why did they bother? I love the slender headlamps on it.
The auto box would put me off for a different reason - bigger Japanese FWD cars seem to eat them! Maximas are terrible for it, and I've certainly seen a few Camrys advertised in need of the 'box rebuilding. I'd love a Legend one day, but that does put me off them a bit.

Personally I'd love to see it going round a track, sideways or otherwise, hence wanting it manual. I think that 5 cylinder engine should be great fun!

I bet £1 its fwd like all hondas of the last 30-odd years so its not likely to be seen sideways round a track.

The longitudinal engine might throw some. Definitely FWD though.

I bet £1 its fwd like all hondas of the last 30-odd years so its not likely to be seen sideways round a track. I'm not taking that bet as I was prtty sure it'd be FWD. Pity really, as I reckon it'd be good. When searching for record of it being FWD earlier, I came across a discussion thread on a forum with lots of people being annoyed at the lack of rwd honda's!
