Good morning all,
I have a ford puma for sale,
Year: 2000 Mot: March 2016 Mileage: 85,000 Engine: 1.7 Price: £150
I thought I would try on here before it goes to be broken up or for scrap. I'm afraid I do not have any photos at the moment as I am on my mobile but I will upload some this evening.
It does have mot and is drivable however the clutch is on its way out.
The good:
It's cheap It has the 1.7 engine 85,000
The bad:
The clutch is on its way out Poorly painted front wing Rust on the rear arches Brakes not brilliant Paintwork pretty poor
I don't think it is worth putting the time in to do the clutch and sort the car out, well not for me as I'd have to pay a garage, but maybe it's of use to someone for the engine as I know these are commonly used for conversions.
Please fire away if you have any questions.
Cheers
Eddie

How bad is the clutch slip?
Cant get the car moving, or just when you boot it in 2nd?? Number of keys? Remote locking? Air con? Heated Front Window?
Aware this is only a £150 Puma, but just trying to do the man maths in my head.
Cheers

Lots of questions which may be asked if it were a £1500 car, but not one which is £150. Aware this is only a £150 Puma, but just trying to do be ridiculous. Cheers It's a £150 Puma, fella. Come on now. OP- good luck with the sale. Looks a proper bargain.

Those wheels must be worth a good part of the asking price.

I would'nt be bothered trying to sell it on here - even for £150. Too much hassle.
Break it - many 1.7's finding their way into fiesta's. Seats should sell.
Then just weigh it in.

I just don't have the time to break it, I have the wife's mini to service and I'm trying to convert my t4 to a camper, which is proving hard enough working most weekends.
I'd like the car to go as a whole, save me the hassle otherwise I'll only end up scrapping it.
It has one key AC Central locking Not sure on heated windscreen will check tonight
The car pulls away fine it just requires more revs, drives fine unless you put your put down then the clutch just slips. I honestly though at £150 someone would just come and take it away for the engine.

Unfortunately there are'nt many that would give you £150 - people want runners with tax and test, even for beer money.
Sometimes it is easier to call the scrap man.

Well considering tax hasn't been transferable for nearly a year now you'll be hard pushed to find anything with tax for sale, anywhere GLWS OP.

I'm interested. I'm using a st200 as a daily and it's juicy! This is right up my alley. I get paid Monday so if it's still about I'll pop along and buy it.
Does it need any tyres? Would it drive back to dartford?
Thanks

Try advertising it on autoshite.
It's got to be worth £150 to somebody, even if it's for breaking.
