Hello,
Can't believe I'm doing this but here for sale is my 1989 Hyundai Pony Pick up.
Very rare and a real awesome pick up. So much cooler than a mk1 caddy, even though it's been mistaken a few times for one.
MOT expired at the end of July, but I haven't taken it for one since and is currently SORN and dry stored.
I bought it to collect and drop off classic mini bits and it's been all over the place since I've owned it and has been perfect. Runs, drives and even sounds lovely.
Condition wise it is very nice. Has rust bubbles here and there like on the door and the tailgate, but none on the main body! The underside is solid, as is load bed. No rust holes!
Proper retro cream colour and sits on 15" RS 7 spokes.
You're more than welcome to come and have a look.
Location: Northants Price: £1250
Thanks!

Man alive that's a fapping cool little truck. WLTM! (Sadly my truck-lust will go unrequited, as I need to get my barn re-roofed before winter comes )

Very cool. Seriously considered buying one new back in the day. Still rather like the look of them. Haven't seen one here in New Zealand since the '90s. Good luck with the sale.

Decent size bay, could be hatching a plan. Interested in an audi a6 avant quattro by any chance?

Unfortunately not, I would only swap it for a classic mini.

Have taken a load of photos and it's back at home so you're more than welcome to come have a good look. Photos are uploading.
Right having a really good look over the whole truck and the things letting it down are:
Wipers don't self park and blades are useless (I will sort this)
1 of the tyres will definitely need changing, other 3 are legal.
Bodywork wise, it isn't perfect and is showing signs of age, but having had a real good look everywhere, it is a very solid truck. The worst parts though are, The tailgate bubbling (pictured) and the little seam above the exhaust (also pictured, it's 100% solid there, just looks tatty). Both doors also have bubbling (2 inches max). Apart from that, lovely bodywork and no bad rust hiding!
I was going to consider offers, but having a look round it I'm sticking with £1250 firm. I will give it a few weeks then I will get a fresh ticket on it, but the price will be higher.
Thanks!

Unfortunately not, I would only swap it for a classic mini. *grinds teeth* Garage filled with Mini I don't particularly like, Pony-shaped hole in my life I need to stop looking at this thread.

All I can say is WOW! Love this sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much. Thanks dude I badly want to keep it, but it would just go back into my barn and sit there for god knows how long now, that's why I never bothered to put another ticket on yet.
