I love a comically written eBay advert, they will always make me chortle a tad!
Badly written ones though?! They can just do one...!!!

I agree - prices seem too low to be real. I mean how many 911's with FSH can you get for £8100 when restoration project fetch that much !

It's deffo a scam, a lot of sellers on there with a few similarities. All emphasise leaving a phone number (not sure why), all have many things listed from cars to caravans to agricultural stuff, and all listed at a price too good to be true that lures people in to whatever the scam is. Another example..

Hi, I agree, he seems more interested in your mobile number than selling the car. Could be he is compiling a list of numbers to sell for car related telesales or scams.

There was a scam where high value items were advertised at too good to be true rates but the seller insisted on a cash payment. They'd then arrange a meet pretending they were doing you a favour by meeting you halfway, normally in an obscure car park. You've then set yourself up in a trap, there is no item, only some scrotes waiting at the meeting point knowing you're carrying cash.
The basic rule is if it sounds too good to be true it usually is.

Didn't see the Porsche mentioned above but . . .
There have been repeated attempts to list cars, motorhomes and JCBs by a scammer over recent weeks - they last for a day or so and are then deleted by eBay. All are stolen pics listed on a hijacked account(s). Usually it's 'don't message me through eBay - call me on my mobile instead . . . . and that's when the smooth talking scammeister does the business . . . .

That's a masterpiece. There was another good one a while back but I can't find it, advertising some obscure german car found in a barn if anyone remembers/saw that one?

If that was a genuine ad then that is officially the funniest car ad I've ever seen. Brilliant.
