I can't believe it went to trade cars cleckheaton they are such rip off merchants, I'd be surprised if he paid you £400! I bought a Peugeot 106 off them many moons ago for £600, seemed like a bargain at the time but they had just silicon sealed the head back on after the head gasket went! read reviews on google, stay well clear from them other than this Mercedes I guess. Sorry for the rant, just hate hat place... Rip off merchants Mike. |

I didn't sell it to them, I sold it to a place in Birstall who said he'd sell it to the guy who takes all his part-exchanges.
However, having gone to see an utter SHED of a Pajero that they were selling a few months back and experienced the sheer insulting, doing-you-a-favour-so-don't-take-the-curse word tone and manner of the guy there, I'd never recommend them...
He hasn't even cleaned my curse word out of the boot!

This is unbelievable. People make jokes about buying a cheap car and then shifting it on eBay but it appears it's a legit business model for some people.
I'm sitting on a couple of W124s at the moment so I kinda hope he gets nearly a bag of sand for that one.
