Hi guys, Basically in desperate need of your help, I have these wheels below going on my 1982 Datsun Nissan Sunny B11. The wheels are 4x114.3 with a centre bore of 67 so all fits the same as my nissan. But it's the wheel nuts that I'm stuck on. Now according to wheelfitment website my sunny wheel fitment is centre bore 66.1 with the nut size as 12x1.25 Lug/Nut... Now I'm unsure of what the size of the Lotus Eclat wheel nut size is so i'm not sure what wheel nuts I need to get to fit the wheels. Here are my wheels..they are Lotus Eclat Wheels: Took some really plop pictures but might help you guys in the know.. Measures 2cm's across if that is of any help? Sorry for how bad the pictures are but hope someone can help.

Sleeve nuts. Available on Ebay, Mister Tee etc. get the correct washers too, (concave or flat).

3/4" sleeve nut, flat washer, iirc. they are available as stock on nissans, many of the factory alloys used them through the '80s. i may even have a set kicking round off my 300c, or i may have given them to stuyzz with the lotus wheels for his car.

I've got the same problem 3/4 sleeve nuts are to slack on the hole

Hi, it doesn't matter if the sleeve nuts are loose in the hole because the wheel is centred by the centre spigot. The nuts just tighten up on the face of the wheel and hold the rear face against the hub using friction.

Thread from the dead as I’m in a similar predicament.
Did anyone get to the bottom of this or is this why seemingly rare lotus eclat wheels change hands so often?!

I think if www.mistertee.co.uk/ doesn’t do it it doesn’t exist. I’ve used him before for odd wheel nuts. Dez has also answered the question within this thread.

I’ve found 3/4” ones but yatesy said they’re still too loose. I’m intrigued about the theory that it doesn’t matter if they’re still loose. I’m used to radius seated nuts where the tightness centres them.

They don’t have to be super tight in the hole. They’re will be a tiny bit of play, it’s usually just wear on the wheels from having the nuts run in and out many times. . By the time you have all 4 on the play will be negligible in centering terms, and by the time they’re tightened it’s a moot point. The lotus wheels are definitely 3/4” though, I’ve had a few sets over the years.
I actually found a bag of new Nissan fit sleeve nuts the other day that I ended up not using on my Laurel if you want some cheap?
