After 11 or so years of owning my polo g40 I have decided it is time to part company with it. I've rarely used it in the past couple of years and it seems a shame for it to sit doing nothing.
The car is highly original. It is mostly standard with the exception of some spax adjustable shocks (still running std g40 springs)
I think I am the 3rd owner, the previous owner (who owned it for 10 years) worked for vw in their parts department, so the car has had pleanty of money spent on it!
Currently sorned, but has mot until june 2015
Cambelt and waterpump was done in 2013 along with fitting the spax adj. dampers and has covered maybe 5000 miles in that time.
Charger was rebuilt at 159k. Current mileage is 171k
Loads of bits have been replaced, bearings, brake lines, c.v. boots etc.
