Following on from yesterday's Brazilians here's a few more, Chevy Opala's this time in sedan coupe an caravan flavour. European GM bodies originating with the Opel Record C and Commadore A, with Chevrolet four and six cylinder engines.
There's some great Fb pages for these, including 4.1 and Opalas. Punable manufactured a low volume Gt using Opala oily bits. The flickr gallery above has some great pics. The watermark on those pics leads to an Fb page with lots of pics too.

Thanks for the pics of that 505! It's an awesome thing to behold, it pulls off those rims easily.
But, but, but...
What are those wheels?? They look like 4x98 or close enough, and I could use a set of them! (although I'm sure they'll be too expensive)
I thought you had meant the wheels on the 505 when I answered before, but to make up for the mistake I have sent a lad in one of my Y9 engineering groups home with an extra homework. His dad is Turkish, and he has a not for him to translate asking what the wheels are called and who the supplier is.
The 'rat' style really suits the slightly drooping line on the flanks, lovely that! I guess the wheels on the 505 are Borbet As although they look somewhat special. Thanks for the info request, those look like they would be a straight fit on the Maser
