It is that time again! ... Happy Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, Saturnalia or whichever other mid winter festival you and yours celebrate.
This doesn't mean that car stuff stops, in fact with a few days off work looming for many surely now is the ideal time to get cracking with projects.
As ever I shall be waiting on my car to be finished (new maf sensor is the latest purchase), with a few days away next week I'm planning to take one or two of my unfinished models with me and get cracking on them. Also I'll have some more time to do a few more subtle changes round here, number one on the list is still the "Create Thread" button that doesn't look like a button at the moment.
So what are you up to?

This weekend, inbertween christmas duties, i will mainly be awaiting the arrival of my airride kit. To me from me happy Christmas. Then into the garage to fit it during the break from work before sending the whole car of to the body shop to be repainted. Its been a very quiet few months of saving to allow me to get to this point. Then i can start the imp project next year

I'm picking up a hardtop roof for the roadster, and if my paint arrives itll maybe be painted, weather dependant. As I will have to do it out in the open Also if I get the time in between doing some tree 'surgery' I will even do some bit on the 205.........

Err - not 100% sure - I've learnt not to make plans so here is some of the possibles (and the issues)
Weld a new pair of Sills onto a Porsche 944 Turbo (Gewy hasn't sourced the sills yet)
Sort out the garage loft (preparation for when I get started on the Monza - I'll need some space and I have not a lot)
Do some drastic work on the Monza (need space in the garage.... LC is in the way - can't find affordable alternative secure storage)
Fix the oil Leak on the Kawasaki GPZ1000RX
Replace the fork seals on the Kawasaki GPZ600R so I can MOT it and sell it in the spring

I was going to swap tyres onto my new steels, and fit the new soundproofing and carpet kit to the Escort, but... This morning the garage door ripped a cable through its top bobbin, so it needs fixing first, and I have discovered I'm coming down with Manflu, or Myxomatosis, or some such thing that only men can catch and women don't understand. Pooh!

I have loads of time off (Christmas factory shutdown, so probably 10 days straight).
Crack on with anything and everything on the camper (primarily wiring); check out a slight rubbing noise coming from some corner of the non-retro MX-5; possibly go take a test drive in potential new daily; eat; drink; be merry.
