Hey folks, it is that time of week again.
I'll be doing more fiddling here, much to the enjoyment of everyone. The buttons on the site are annoying me at the moment, so I'm going to have a look at them. I also need to do some more work on the RR summer holiday and start to get together my target list for guest cars for The Gathering.
One day I'll have my car back and can do some actual work on an actual car...
What are you good folk up to?

Just finished doing a small amount of additional work to the roll-over jig so I'll now be concentrating on widening the chassis rails on the Mk2, I've not really looked into it yet but for some reason or another there's a 4mm discrepancy preventing me from bolting the cross member on.... If I get that sorted then I'll been welding in some chassis/cross-member tubes and possibly the compression strut brackets.
Maybe.

Tomorrow I'm off to Maidenhead to collect an old Garage sign bought from eBay. Rest of the weekend I plan to finish stripping down the pistons from my Imp engine in preparation for having them machined for larger valves.

Just making sure I've packed everything ready for the Great EAS Swop on Monday.
I'd hate to get there and found I'd forgotten something vital!

I've been test-driving (well, commuting in) my recently finished M52 swap and manual conversion in my daily (totally definitely not a project) e36, so I'll be finishing a few bits and pieces on that like sorting the stuck thermostat and putting the rest of the interior back in - should make the commute a bit more comfortable.
Sunday I'm going to break the rest of the donor e36 so that I can weigh in the remains and claw back some money.

Got the non retro job of servicing the Focus out the way this evening, hopefully I'll be able to finish fitting the carpet in the 'E Sunday. It's basically in, but now I've got to find all the mounting holes for seats, seat belts etc that I've cunningly hidden under it all!
