Can I make a request for next Christmas? A long exposure with the truck sat on the side of a main road somewhere so you can capture the light trails of a few cars going past, while the truck stands still would be perfect! *Timeless I’d love to do that but haven’t got a good enough camera or the ability to use it, I wish I did though

What kind of idiots get up at 4:30 to go on a 5am road trip to London On Christmas Day in a 90 year old pickup truck? Only ONE kind we know of...., the kind with the taste, talent, intent and patience necessary to build such a classy 90 year old Beauty. Glad RR can come along for the ride... Thank you for your kind words. It was an epic adventure, 5 hours of almost constant driving (only turned the engine off twice, once because I stalled it and once for a short snack break on the way home) Perhaps it’s because it was so early but opening our presents a 11am and looking at the photos it kinda felt like a dream “did we really do that”

Love this wee truck and that's a great days fun by the look of it. Can I ask what the huge picturesque waterfront castle is?

No need for big £££ kit.

Of course not...that would insinuate that i have even the vaguest clue that i know what I'm talking about...thats how rumours start!! Plenty of choice on play store though. 👍

Most phone cameras and pretty much all digital cameras will let you set the shutter speed to something like 10seconds and automatically work the rest out for you. All you need to do is put the camera on something steady It will be easier at night time as there is less light to mess with things. Time lapse will create a video montage of whatever you're doing.

That's cool as penguin curse word. What a sexy looking thing. The green wheels are perfect.

I've only just spotted the tale of your Christmas adventure, great photos, great memories i'm certain. Probably the only day of the year quiet enough to enjoy driving in London. One question I must ask, does the truck have a heater?

One question I must ask, does the truck have a heater? Yes it does have a heater and does get nice and warm but when you’re not moving and the wind isn’t rushing through all the gaps it’s way too hot

I don't know why, but to me the black and white pic style just seems so right for this.
It looks more "real"
