Just found this forum... Seems quite cool so I thought i'd say HI! to everyone and join  My retro ride is a 76 Celica RA28 GT with a 1G-GTE twin turbo engine conversion. It also has AE86 legs, SSR mk1 rims, LSD, custom front mounted intercooler, RA25 rear lights plus a few more bits. Here's a couple of pics:  Currently restoring the interior and working on a boot install at the mo. Hoped to have her ready for Japfest but couldnt do it in time unfortunately. She will be going to JAE and the retro show at Mallory (handy since I'm in Leicester!) I'm not just a Toyota/J nut, I'm a big fan of most retro stuff (in fact, any cars really) as long as they are weird and rare!! |

Haha yes surf control sucks, can't you disable it? The Louvre was on the car when I bought it - Its a genuine period Toyota Shadow one made from tin not plastic. Its not on the car at the mo as I have taken it off to restore it since its a bit bent and faded :-) Glad you all like the car! Thanks for the welcomes! Are there any other users from Leicester on here? Do you ever have Leics/Midlands meets? |
