cheers mate!! I'm only really selling her because i don't use her often enough, plus i've got 8 minis that constantly need my attention, plus the workshop thats half built in my garden! lol!!

If you are thinking of buying this car, do it. I can't afford it but to me that's British car porn right there. Keep standard, would look great. Or drop it on air (but don't do it so it can't go back to stock) with some sexy wheels and it would be triple awesome. Even just lowering it a bit would make it fab.
That interior is just wonderful. There's not many cars ever made which have an inside as cool as that.

As a bona-fide Vauxhall lover, I would sell my right ball for this car!!! However, I've already got two "hobby cars" (a Vectra turbo - petrol, and an Astra cabby turbo petrol, plus two bikes in the garage), so my lady wife says that's more than enough vehicles for me,,, I keep pointing at the spare garage space, but she is oblivious to the man-maths fact that this is an investment and will be worth a fortune one day... I said " look at the price of Cortina's and Granada's - and they were $h17e! and compare them to the price of this nugget!" But it fell on deaf ears unfortunately... |

Interested in a p/x or swap? Have a discovery 3.9 manual on lpg (160 mile to £28) also have a mercedes 190e 1.8 auto. Both really good condition and mot till December. Would love to put this to the good use it deserves

Thanks for all the comments! To be honest I don't want to sell her, but all she's done for the past couple of months is move up and down the driveway, I just don't have the time to use her.
And thanks for the offers of swaps, but I really need to downsize my car collection.

I feel I must comment on this! Since my dad owned one of these in the late 80's I've wanted one. I even bought his back in the late 90's after I found it dormant on an industrial estate. Unfortunately it was too far gone and i sold it on to a breaker.
Since then I've been keeping an eye out whenever the opportunity and cash comes up and I've never, never! Seen one as good as this on the market so at this price it is a very rare opportunity.
As luck or lack of it would have it I have a garage full of 944 and my spare garage (grans) is full of my Mums MX5 that is unlikely to be used again yet she won't let it go. Plus this year money is being tied up with home improvements. I've thought long and hard but it's just not possible, I really hope you get the money you want for this soon and I get another opportunity one day!
