Don't get me started on What Car! It seems like all they do is look at the specification list, work out what it hasn't got, then slate it for not having those features, regardless of need. They're also the reason why manufacturers make a fuss about NCAP crash tests, since they'll complain about anything which has less than 5 stars for everything. And they're incredibly patronising to the point where I want to cry. Some choice quotes follow.
