As far as I know even cars that have been registered as destroyed still show up. All of mine still do.
There are a few motors which don't appear on the DVLA website and are still on the road. Must be a glitch in the system.
*edit* just had a gander at the website and it says the numbers on retention. That would explain why it doesnt appear on the DVLA site.
