Thanks to everyone that has replied so far, I'm really pleased with how this thread has gone up to now

Seen on better days, it's not very well at the moment but will almost certainly go back on the road when I get around to it..

I'm more a cyclist though, as we don't use roads in Milton Keynes (it was built from scratch with a separate network for bikes) so this is how I get about..

Was a regular on Clubpolo for several years, they have a good annual show just gone, but i'm not about much these days. If the nippa takes an interest I could be attending many shows in the coming years though.

Retro/Interesting Cars Owned : Unless we count my current drive, an '06 NC MX5 2.0 as interesting (I do!) on here, then nothing currently. But, having lost count at around 50 cars owned there has been some interesting stuff - 205 Roland Garros, Mk2 Golf GTI 8v, Mk3 Golf GTI 8v, VR6, 2 x Eunos V-Specs . . .

Shows Regularly Attended : Culmstock Wheels and the odd local show is about it for me. i.e. whatever I can convince the family to go to with me!

Smart Clean Mobile Valeting

Hi all, I'm Adrian from Ipswich. Always been a fan of older cars, in particular 80's Germans. Few highlights from my former fleet.. '84 635 CSi manual, '85 728i manual, '86 Nissan Bluebird ZX Turbo saloon, couple of W124 Mercs (great cheap daily drivers), various hot hatches, you get the picture. Also into general retro stuff, do a bit of furniture upcycling and trading in items like clocks, watches, lamps etc. Main business is my mobile valeting. The one that got away, the 635i, really regret selling that car. What's next on the wish list? Really fancy a Merc coupe or a good W123, and really like the idea of a 70's Brit, either a Dolly Sprint or a P6, but both scare the bejeezus out of me in the running costs category. Only now getting into the show scene so hopefully I'll meet a few from here in the flesh over the coming months. Finally, a confession, I like banger racing. I live a short walk from Foxhall Stadium and spend many a Saturday night having a few beers at the oval. I apologise in advance to all Jag, P5, MG Magnette etc owners for this guilty pleasure!
