1982 Renault 9 GTS for sale. 1.4 Petrol, Manual, 5 Speed, 76000 miles, 4 door, radio/cd player, 4 excellent tyres, 3 months MOT, 2 months tax.
Unbeliveable genuine retro survivor from the 80s. Incredibly clean and straight body. Pictures don't do the 32 year old paintwork justice. Garaged for all of its life. Immaculate black velour with red piped seats. Original virtually unkerbed alloy wheels. Unusual original yellow fog lamps. 1 owner from new to 2013 when I bought the car to get me through the winter. The plan was to slam and rim the car, but another project means this one has got to go. Truely massive folder bulging with paperwork history with every receipt since birth. Great retro dashboard, dials and steering wheel. The website "How many left?" states there is only 1 registered left on the road so you are guaranteed to not see another one on the road or at a classic car show. Easy, cheap and begging to be slammed out of its ass with torsion bars at the back, springs at the front. Getting those rear wheels tucking under that low arch!! It even has 4X100 stud pattern so will fit any VW Golf/Polo wheels but originals look great. Stand out at any classic car show with this genuine survivor. Bad point, there is whine after driving for a while. Not sure of its origin but believe it could be a knackered water pump. Cheap and easy fix. A small fault for such a great car but happy to negotiate on this. Thaanks for looking, any further questions please ask.
