What do you read/watch? Magazines, websites, youtube?

I went hunting as that sounded odd and caught my attention

Has that been posted in general - did a search couldn't find anything???

It's brilliant.... And mad!!

As far as magazines go on a monthly basis I get Retro Cars , Performance VW , Ultra VW and Volksworld and occasionally Fast Car ( this months is excellent ! )
Online the only places I tend to use these days are this place , eBay and Facebook along with the odd look at Speedhunters .
As for the television it'd be 'For the love of cars' and ' Top Gear ' .

Practical classics - (gone down hill lately far less practical content).
Classics Monthly - in my opinion better than practical classics now.
PPC - bit thin but all interesting content.
Classic and sportscar - well written in depth articles.

In general I can't really get on with facebook twitter etc, prefer longer threads and articles to quick soundbites.

On here is all I need.
Cool cars, cool people who don't mind helping you with a problem.
I cant find a TV programme that doesn't annoy me in some way.
I've lost touch with magazines and the ones I wanted to read stopped publishing a long time a go

I tend to watch a lot of what the folk on here recommend on youtube, I cannot be bothered to watch sin city motors etc... the annoying voices of some of them, and the all too often prepped n shoot talentless decisions where the work is pushed aside and you see very little of what you used to see in the earlier programmes, so with Youtube, i occasionally think up things to look at such as; rear wheel drive Mondeo,rwd Honda civic or v8 powered Ford Focus or Worlds fastest Datsun etc.... I have seen most of the Hoonigan shorts, but only up to where the actual cars tend to look boring with NO character, or, i have to flick thru to the predictions as i really cannot stand hearing some fool say the word 'LIKE' 30 times a sentence when the word is not really required! otherwise that's it for me, oh! before i forget, Bathhurst with Brockman etc...racing 'LIKE' men possessed in Holdens, RS 500's, Toyota's etc..... and to top it all, and i still have to go back and watch BOTH parts....The Black/White footage with (I think...Harry Carpenter) Crystal Palace racing with vauxhall viva's, a Chevy, screaming Escorts and Mini's etc.... switch your phone off, and become mesmerised watching real men going into bends and laughing to themselves as the Middle pedal is pointless and it's all about that right foot !!! For me, this is First class saloon car racing........ I am clearly born from the wrong Generation...... (or am I?)
