	1986 Subaru GL-10 Turbo AKA Leone (italiano) we start of with a stock all Original 1986 Subaru GL-10 5MT FWD TURBO 28,000kms 17398.miles. weight is 910kg 2002lb car !! the parts car for awd and 5x100 86 xt6 so what we have hear is to add the 4WD system into one of these cars, those are 20MM sway bars, above the sway bars is what holds the diff, about that is a mix and match of old and new to hold the STi 6mt, above that is a updated version of control arms to hold the 5x100 knuckle. rear axle XT6 for the R180 3.900, there is a trick to these where i mix the outer with the new style inners to run a R180. or i could just stay light weight and put a R160 in it. cusco motor tranny mnt ARP head studs, Cam & Crank sensor new oem Spare EJ22T Built @ SUBARU TECNICO INTERNATIONAL just got a little eye candy from Jon at full race coming soon !! Well got half the brakes sorted out for the project so got a little oem new parts in today xt6 wheel bearings, xt6 steering tie rod, mustache bar bushings, and new diff support. also have 2006 wrx 2pot rear backing plates, but i sent them out to a friend's machine shop to make a ring for the centering ring new turbo set up full race twin scroll so parts list is VER 8 Sti complete Vi-PEC V88 EXEDY ?? don't know yet maybe multi plate to hold the power SPARCO seats: maybe, kind of want it stock but need support lol Rims: gc8 and volk jdm if i can find them Tire's : RACE SLICK lol for evey day haha !! new rotor pads that wont stop this much power to weight lol my rear control arms, that me and my dad had to make a tool becuase no one on the plant has one lol little thermal coat so then i can wrap them got some tubes to make my wastegate pipes longer away from everything Little powder coat action Got my 2006 wrx backing plates all fixed up so they can fit on the hub the xt6 hubs as instructed from Suberdave ! So I went and picked up a Jdm spec c version 8 (maybe type RA?) motor swap Ej207DW7ER TY856WB6JA for heads and tranny diff and way ever else I need to twist my leone in to pretzel lol Also I was driving to see the boys at Nvauto and I seen a gc impreza on top of another car scrap yard ! so I found the rims I wanted for a steal 250. So I sent them out to the sand blasters to get ready for the powder coating. I'm thinking world rally blue color for the rims started stripping for what i need SUBARU TECNICO INTERNATIONAL EJ22T built bottom end, JDM EJ207 STi Version 8 Type RA heads all oem ! finished wrapping my headers and turbo and got my PURPLE KUSH rims back from the powder coaters, two more sets to do with other crazy colours

	SUBARU TECNICO INTERNATIONAL EJ22T built bottom end, JDM EJ207 STi Version 8 Type RA heads all oem test fit my full race twin scroll kit also so i just got this hood in what should i put on it ? what type of vents ? side ones or scoop it or cut it and make vents up the middle some thing like this and a scoop ? also got the sti key to work, i went to home depot cut the key and it worked perfect Exedy twin plate HD is ready for the power HSD coilovers are here with extra rear mounts Tial BJ VALVE The Subaru Gods said Let there be ROCK ! AC/DC DC/AC DCCD control :cool: !!! factory gl-10 flares well well well look what has the same shape as the gl-10 !!! do i see 245 45 16 in the future ? also a sneak peek at my military grade aviation 1 plug engine harness plug which connects my subaru tecnico international built EJ22T motor to the V88 ViPEC ECU. Custom made by Franz diebold @ diebold autosport well no room for a FMIC kit so next best thing !! AWIC..... i got a hole spare tire room for this set up, its even nice and light weight. the rad which will be mounted like this cut weld the cap off bosch pump and cap well my PRODCCD is in ! thanks Jeff @ PRODCCD for helping me out !! amazing high quality product cant wait to put it to good use some whiteline race tranny mount bushings with a cusco tranny mount. this cross brace is a mix of old 1986 subaru XT6 with center section new school to make the STi 6mt fit. all ready to go ! water cooler intercooler rad ready to go, core was pressure test also no leaks !! well i had to get this not a super fan of gold rims but its a subaru thing and i had to ! some thing like 13lbs is a must on a light weight Leone Turbo monster ! JDM GC8 STi RAY'S TE37 5x100 16x7 ET53 well this was Franz's idea on welding the cap set up and my Tial Bov set right on the AWIC and it turned out F amazing and push lock hose PARKER and fittings PARKER which cost more then the hole awic set up LOL also this came in my new calsonic OEM 1986 subaru gl-10 turbo radiator 5mt version. real JDM LOL my STi clutch slave & 4 Port brake master all OEM factory brand new Subaru. well my spal made in italy fans came in mounted ready to drop in. a special treat the front OEM Subaru front skirt for my car brand new ! slice the wind ! had to put it on just did it it has started ! tomorrow drop motor tranny in start work on other things. new clutch set up and brake cyl.. pedals in also motor tranny full race in and fits perfect with out doing anything. just need to make a tranny brace its a little different but piece of cake ! i was thinking it was going to be a tight fit ! there is lots of room might put a bigger rad if the oem stock one pops ! full race twin scroll fits perfect moved the power steering lines out a little ! all better now clutch all ready full race fits nice !! STi 6mt fits perfect just need to make a brace and its good new style pedal box in and ready need to make a gas pedal, and a bracket way up top.

	well this just worked out perfect ! its like subaru new i was going to stick a water pump for my AWIC set up. Bosch 044 fuel pump, need some angle fitting and done. rear mustache bar is ready to hold the R180 just need to make a bracket for the front of the diff and done. well this is the tie rod problem taken care of, its simple and works perfect like ! top is xt6 legacy impreza middle gl-10 turbo last is whiteline new style what you do is chop the end off so you can toe in the car like factory ! light weight knuckles ! top secret so the competition don't know ! 4pot ready for action ! brembos maybe in the future but who cares really when your going to be this light and fast lol rear just started so sunday all done. the rear suspension is all old school up top and coilover down town, ill show how i did it very easy to do and keeps all the oem rubbers for when i pick up the ladys and its a nice soft ride ! HeLLaFLuSH for all you pimping OG's out there !....... these wheels are just to roll it out the shop on monday ! i like to go HELLaFAST LOL. bed time well rear is all done suspension knuckles and rims tires and my amazing light weight battery came in and its in my winter beater to keep it warm for when the Leone is done my old school momo hub found in germany !!! flowmaster hush muffler !! only thing that can fit on this little car ! this is what my tip will look like after i weld it all up. but with a foot of pipe in the middle of the two. my pipe 3' 304 polished support for the front lip, oem subaru put them on Franz crazy at work on my wiring, this is only half the paper work on my stuff. and the pin porn for the wiring he is doing for my hole car ! r180 read for service ! my brand new Bosch 044, these fittings are from the UK for the ford cosworth ! who would have guessed the Leone had the same set up !! my hsd front camber plates came in ! thank you JRP for letting me do what i had to do to get my suspension all sorted out !!. the front is a bit to low, which will come up after corner balance and aliment get worked out. i wouldnt want the honda crowd thinking i want to race lol. i didnt want to add this but i need a bigger opening or else i could not use 2nd 4th 6th or R gear !.. so STi plate with boot, just waiting for the bolts to come in now. AWIC pipes and other bits which is moving along nice and smooth. couple back order stuff which is killing me ! summer is all most done. clutch line made fluid and bled, ready to go this picture is just crazy all in its self !!! it makes me not even want to drive this car and put it away for another 26years !!!! 	well water box is in, its so well made its crazy to put it in there but it must. gave Donny the inch and boom he makes it up fast quick and pressure tested. Dad's Custom Intercooler Tanks well Franz has come and gone and it was a busy time while he was here. i had a couple problems that i need to fix to make it work right. so i could not get my dyno time My grocery list ! 1... i need to cut vents in the hood because this subaru intake temps are way to hot ! :firedevil: 2... i need to make a safety strap on the drive shaft, also add a little better support on the rear diff so it does not end up on the tarmac ! 3.... move my water coolers in a better place what we have now is a 17psi road tune that to be honest is just crazy to even go to 25psi how fast this car is right now. i am kind of glad i didn't get all the power at once its a tricky car to drive that's for sure. once i fix the problems then 25psi dyno tune will be done, ill push for the end of the season but no promise its getting late and the car needs to be put away soon. Franz pictures so in order to lower my intake temps with out cutting my hood i sacrificed my a/c system . by getting rid of the a/c system i gained just about 20 degrees off the 60 degree iat temp, out side temp is 20 degree. i just could not cut the hood with out trying the last step, a massive awic cooler (26x7x2). if this does not cool my intake then i am busting the saw out and going to town on the stock hood or the brand new OEM one i have laying around that i picked up for this problem. so as of now car runs good at 17psi i am a drifter out of control with awd lol. my gas tank sprung a leak do to the vent line sensor not working should have un plugged it like i did for my legacy ! instead it split it self down the side of the tank like a pop can. a new OEM subaru one is on its way so i can put more then 10bucks in the car and make my way to see Franz and get it tuned on the dyno by the end of this fall weather. so i went to Washington D.C to visit Franz and he did a little work on the car and he took me to see the crazy city which is just amazing to see and i cant wait to go back for part 2 of the city !! Franz's one of a billion cool tool's he owns ! my leone getting all its numbers crunched to perfection ! little vid franz made me a new shorter pipe from scratch in a matter of minutes, and he gave me the fancy clamps to hold it right. we also put in oil temp, oil pressure, fuel pressure sensors to watch whats going and everything is good ! so much went down this week here is some extra pics from the dyno session, the guys at IMA Motorsports know there Porsche's it was Porsche heaven, i was sourounded buy flat six's with huge turbos making stupid power every where i looked such nice people at IMA Motorsports ! franz baby LOL my mamma's car hahahha le mans i need to make this stand or buy one like this, need like 10 of them lol

	so i got my STi coupler in and i am building the air oil separator system witch i can put in soon once my plastic fittings come in mann hummel provent 200 and i welded a nipple for the drain back on my stock dip stick tube. you need a one way valve and i got high temp o rings for the provent 200 lid. the hose is a bmw 1990 325 6 hose witch has a step in it the same size as the provent 200.

	well my jdm rally book has come in and i think vinyl wrap is coming lol the first rally cars My LEONE !! look at the bolt pattern 4 at first next year 5x100 lol... need to vinyl wrap it haha my car was the lightest subaru ever made 900kg My OLD baby !!!

	so my us-plastic stuff has come in and its time to put in my provent 200 & got a little reservoir for the AWIC set up and it works perfect. here we have it all put together and ready to rock. made some brackets out of rod aluminum to hold it in place and its working perfect, oil is being seperated and dumped back the right way. also used my factory coolant reservoir and re mounted it to the strut top with a nice aluminum plate. the AWIC reservoir fits perfect in that little corner and its working perfect.

	well i found the most rarest part in japan for my car ! with the help of Yoshifumi @ japan dream direct.. Japan Auto Direct [JAD] Japanese car & motorcycle BOOK & DVD store . The Leone Turbo OEM Subaru window visor !! these puppies are made out metal not like the 90's plastic type one's, these one's hold there shape even in wind tunnel testing. they slice the wind like a ninja sword, and cut rain water in half lol also got some new track wheels for summer, tire i have not picked yet.

	well i am getting ready for next spring and i really need seats for this car the factory seats do not hold you in at all ... ill put them in plastic in storage away so no worries lol. so two choices RECARO blue vintage $2500.00 OR RECARO LS in blue $1200.00 this RECARO $350.00 seat there is only 1 which has the same colour !!! FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFuuuuckkkkkk LEONE inside

	so i found another recaro seat which this one has the head rest i want. now i just need to find one more seat to match the head rest. also found a spare set of track wheels for my leone, VOLK RAY's STi GC8. i'm going to paint a set of these some funky bright colour. and still cant find fabric for my recaro jetta mk2 seats yet :mad:

	so i got one of my set of STi TE37 VOLK sand blasted ready to get painted a colour that i have not picked yet, i'm thinking a nice glossy jet black but will see soon. also some oem subaru parts have come in, new XT6 front control arms. i have to problem's that i need fixing with these. 1 is the bushing end rubs in my subframe arm, 2 i don't have camber in the front. ill be adding something like these to the arms so i gain in both aspects also i have ordered another rear diff support mount, which i will be adding a new bushing in the middle to help with the flexing in the rear R180 diff. if your driving behind my car, as i shift in a gear ! you can see the diff flex, which all most looks like its going to fall out lol.

	so my rims got done ready to roll again, thanks to NVauto for installing the tire's again . So the other gold set i have will be face sanded and re painted gold. one more thing that i need to add to them which is in the mail on its way.

	so i found another set of JDM Subaru FHI 4 pot 2 pot, i had them sand blasted and now powder coated red. i got new oem seals to rebuild them & some GODSPEED Brakes stainless steel pistons to rebuild them with, also need to paint the letter's on the calipers white and find a sticker for the rear. ill most likely sell the other gray set that are on the leone or use them for the next build that's going on all ready also got some nice STi Magnesium Valve Rocker Cover Set coming in, very excited for these all ways wanted them. also its all most time to order my new turbo the S300SX FMW so i can make my goal of 400whp on a dyno dynamics dyno.

	so i just hand painted one subaru decal on the 4 pot, came out all right i think. now i need to find the stickers for the rear 2 pot some where. looks ok with the black GC8 volks i did in black.

	think i found my 17" wheels by my calculator calculations it looks like they will fit. that means i have to get a set of STi Brembos up front. if they don't fit guess ill have to put them for sale S202 STi RAY'S VOLK FORGED 5x100 17x7.5JJ ET 53 SUBARU TECNICA INTERNATIONAL STi FORGED MADE IN JAPAN

	so this is a rear 1986 Subaru control arm, when adding wide wheels with low offsets like Subaru loves it can rub on the rear arm on this old car. here you can see how much room i have to play if I put on a 17x7.5JJ ET53 stock subaru wheels that can fit Brembo brakes, also the front is not like this its normal Subaru style up front on this car so any wheel is ok so what have I come up with ! simple easy is flip the arm around to the other side ! looks like the little Leone can put the rubber down to the ground now, 225/45/17 and i could use STi Brembo brakes now for the extra stopping power. Hey !!!!! why stop there ? Lol... lets pull out a STi 22B BBS wheel and see if we can add the monster wheels on the Leone so 235/40/17 17x8.5JJ ET48 even fits !! guess its time to show some people how its done on the track this year ! now i am really excited to pull the car out and see if this all works out perfect.

	well spring is near they say, but lets get real its still going to snow like today lol, so in the mail today some new toys have come in. 5x100 16x7 et46 Volk GramLights 57s.... good for maybe 225/50/16 I hope I can make it fit with out rubbing. ST132594S000 JDM STi Magnesium valve covers.
