I fancy going for an early 90s look with the Volv. Will be very low, smooth and with nice wheels.
My main problem is the wheels. Ive got my deep dish compomotives but don't think they'd suit the look as they're a bit racey.
Need some wheel inspiration hehe only stipulation is they've gotta be 13", in 4x100mm pattern and with a bit of dish.
Only thing I can think of at the moment is making some solid covers for the compomotives so they look like deep dish centerlines.

Early 90's look?
Well that to me would entail a Mk2 Cavalier or Mk3 Escort, painted peppermint green, curse word limo tintZ, TSW Alpines and a big 'fido dido' sticker on the back windscreen. ;D

What sort of money did you pay for em? They're cheap in germany but shipping will be a nightmare.

What sort of money did you pay for em? They're cheap in germany but shipping will be a nightmare. Matt This story would make a fairly average film, though Channel 5 would probably show it. I swapped set of Borbet C copies (which i bought new, sold, then bought back again and lent to my brother to put on his Mk2 passat estate) for 'em. I then P/Exed the C copies back when i bought a set of ATS cups and he bought my MIM wheels. I sold them at GTI international a few years back for £100 and they were back up for sale later in the day. And i sold the golf befroe i fitted the ATS cups, but i still have those somewhere. ;D More Centras.

If you can't get Centras the maybe some three spokes...SAAB ones would be superb. At the budget end of the spectrum: steels with the outer rim in bodycolour, black centres and splat graphics in the rim colour!

Matt Well I paid £40 for a set of 13" K&N Diamonds, polished the rims, drilled and tapped 4 M6 holes in them and bolted some drilled and polished roadsigns to them (a nice cheap source of aluminium ) Cheap and easy! ;D

The saab 3 spokes would look awesome but they're 16" so wouldnt be able to lower the car as much without arch work.
