Apologies that I've not updated this, or any other of my threads, of late....I've been up to my eyes with work to the point where I've pretty much cut out all the photography and film work to focus my time almost exclusively on the laser stuff. What started out as a hobby in my spare time has transformed into a full scale business in the last 8 months including the purchase of a brand new machine in October and a complete re-jig of my workshop space. It's taken off so much that I'm currently working 14-17hr days pretty much 7 days a week and soon will be bringing in someone else full time to take over some aspects of the workload. I think it's safe to say I've worked harder than at any time of my life, it's been all consuming but the hard graft is paying off. I've got clients all over the globe with about 75-80% of what I do going abroad, most if it to the States, but other countries with regular clients include (but not exclusive to) Japan, France, Sweden, Germany, Australia and Canada etc... I'm really proud to have built up a portfolio of over 200 regular clients, most in the past 6 months, including such names as Morgan Motor Company, Forge Motorsport, Magnus Walker/Urban Outlaw, Twisted Automotive, Wheel Whores, Ebay, Aero Racing, Bespoke Cars, Like Hell Design, Pop Bang Colour, The Bicycle Academy, The London Motor Film Festival, 420 Skatestore, Kill City (Dainton from Dirty Sanchez), Corolla Brotherhood, Datsun Garage and many more including numerous car clubs, car dealerships and various organisations around the world and this is growing all the time. There are many interesting projects on the horizon too....and I am currently in talks with some big names which could open up some truly exciting opportunities soon. Not through any conscious choice or decision, I seem to have become a specialist in custom and bespoke leather keyrings. I make approximately 2,000 to 3,000 keyrings a month (some months more) and this has got to the point where I tend to avoid taking on other work outside of keyrings simply because I don't have the time. And as said, all this from what was a hobby! I've got a little Instagram page where you can see a small snapshot of what I do, but even this is months out of date because I've been way too busy to keep it updated. This is only a small example of the work I've been doing, even during the time I was posting regularly, I was only showing about 25-30% of what I was actually making. www.instagram.com/bruceholderdesign/More than ever I have a real motivation to get up in the morning, I love my job, I love what I do and I love making all these things. Well over 30,000 keyrings made to date and I still get a buzz out of making and hand finishing each and every single one of them. I'll try and post some example photos up in a bit so you can see the sort of thing I do and why I've not really been on here much at all for a good while now. ...and I've still got my inflatable shark, my random mascot.

Brilliant to hear that's it's taken off so well. Its amazing really how something you started doing for fun has grown so much so quickly.
Keep seeing the key rings on instagram and they look great.
Now when you get 10 mins would love a vehicle update!

As VIP says, you can find them on the link above or if you're not on Facebook you can go directly to the store and get them from there along with some of the other stuff they make. They sell some pretty awesome stuff! thecurbshop.com/

They do look great, I hope the new adventure pans out whatever it maybe, btw I did like that 928!
I have just had my best school friend move to Canada, kind of feel jeleous that I've not done anything adventurous, or risky tbh.

They do look great, I hope the new adventure pans out whatever it maybe, btw I did like that 928! I have just had my best school friend move to Canada, kind of feel jeleous that I've not done anything adventurous, or risky tbh. I didn't really want to sell it, it was a lovely car and by far the best exterior colour & interior trim for a 928 IMHO. It just looked so right! But needs must and I currently need to raise all the cash I can for this move so some things have had to go. I took a long hard look at the line-up and decided the 911, 912, Land Rover and W109 are the cars that mean the most to me so I've sold the rest. My move isn't anything as adventurous as your friend going to Canada, I'd love to...it's my favourite place, but I'm just relocating to Wales. It's a lovely place though and I'm sure there will be some kind of thread around it because it's going to be a huge project in its own right. IF it all comes together, which I'm doing everything in my power to make sure it does. 928. This makes me realise how little I've been on RR for a while, I bought this over a year ago and sold it a few weeks ago now. Had an immense amount of fun using it as a daily all last summer.

It was very nice, the Porsche that is! and Wales is lovely, I've lived in North Wales for 13 years, admittedly I didn't move very far into Wales, I couldn't live far from the sea.
I don't like my commute to Manchester very much though, but it makes you appreciate the place more. I suppose you will be more South Wales though.
