Thanks for the positive comments people! Thanks too to raymondmarble for the corrected pictre/link. I have now put all my pictures on photobucket which will sort things out!
These pictures are from when I got the car last year, quite a bit has been done since then. I will document, with plenty of pictures (we all love them!)the progress till now to get you up to date. I enjoy reading everyone elses threads so much, that when ever I have done work on it I have tried to take pictures with a view to sharing on here.

Here is a the first e28 that I had, it was also an M535, but it was an auto. The PO had taken the M kit off it, and put chrome bumpers on it...

As I said earlier, I felt that the ride height was too low for my liking. I do think that a lot of cars look better when they have been lowered. Mine was too low! Not only was the handling pretty poor, but I think that that they look much better at nearer to standard ride height. I initially fitted some H&R springs to it, but it was still too low. The car was already fitted with B6's on the front and B4's on the back. While I was changing the springs for the first time, I found that 3 of the springs fitted to the car were broken. 1 in three pieces!! Not surprising it was so low and handled like a bag of poo! I ended up fitting m5 springs and will upgrade the antiroll bars to match soon. The car now rides so much better and looks right in my eyes. You can just see the broken spring... M5 spring next to H&R The results speak for them selves

Stunning car! The m535i kit compliments the e28 so nicely. I am just after side skirts to fit to mine.

If you are still reeading, the reason why I have said that this car is with a twist is because the engine, gearbox and differential are all from a 1991 e34 m5...This is about as close as I am going to get to owning a genuine e28 m5. The conversion was not done by me, they PO who did do it really did leave a few things to be desired in his approach to things as you will see.
When I first go the car it had horrible vibration through the steering wheel, I was only a passenger on the test drive due to insurance reasons so didnt pick it up. After a bit of head scratching and forum browsing I got some hub centric wheel spacers for around £10 and the problem whent away! Result.
While sorting a leak from one of the power steeing lines I noticed that on of the sump bolts was wound out a bit....it was finger tight, so I looked a bit closer at the rest, many others were starting to wind out too, I torqued every single one up and not one was tight! i don't know how much longer the sump would have stayed on there!
