hmm, I'm supprised that have been no comments along the lines of:
just kidding, i say desert sand, largeish black steels and in the weeds FTW. theres a golf and a passat that would make for good inspiration! darren W must know the ones!

The bonus with desert sand is:
* You'll pic up a 2 litre tin for £10 from your local army surplus.
* You can spit the paint on, go at it with a brillo pad, deficate on it and you'll still have a respectful job
* Any blemishes that are in it you can blag as 'Well i tried to make it look like it had been in the service etc etc'
* Err, i'm running out of ideas now

I think you find that your on about a Mandrill - baboons have brown asses hehe.. man. drill. Just camo it. as long as you can take "what did you paint it with, a stick ?" then do it.
