Someone still managed to spin on the paced laps at the end... Then again no one could keep up with the marshalls going up the hill lol that was me. tried a bit of a drift but ran out of skill. just registered to see if anyone had any pics or vids. cracking event as always. bring on RRG14. many thanks to all the marshalls and organisers. Sheesh chap - you are probably embarrased enough already and this isn't aimed at you but is as good a place as any The people that went off in the afternoon need to have a serious word with themselves - nearly 30 mins of track time was lost - or 40 cars solo up the hill Morning session were frankly brilliant - you could see confidence building and people learning the track - I even forgive the odd drifter who got a naughty boy sticker because they all pretty much kept it on the black stuff and the grins were from ear to ear. Several cars got 5-6 runs in 3 hours so bloody brilliant value for money Afternoon Cars got 2 runs solo before we resorted to convoy and this falls way short of what I want or expect (OK one of the NL Mob only got one - next year if a dutch plated car seems to be bumped to the front don't get angry because I will be balancing the situation) This should not have been needed and frankly I was very disappointed - Afternoon session pretty much ruined my RRG2013 but luckily Prescott saved it so my thanks are to Prescott for suggesting a process that got 68 cars a thrid run (and one dutch guy a 2nd run) at a brisk pace with expert instruction

No, not embarrassed chap. Pretty sure I was the last person up so was mucking around a bit. I guess a lot of people are still learning the handling capabilities of their cars (first time up a hillclimb for me) so the occasional off is to be expected. Gotta start somewhere. Hope I speak for some of those that ran out of friction anyway.
Anyway, don't want to put a downer on an awesome event so... big thanks again to everyone.

I want EVERYONE - To have freaking huge grins on their faces when they come back to the paddock - To keepit on the black stuff - No gravel trap excursions - To feel they got VFM - To contemplate " this motorsport stuff I'd like to have a proper go" No downer - overall yet another brilliant day but some lessons to be learned and some improvements need to be made for the next one If you stop learning you've just been buried or cremated
